Warranty Information
Warranty: Tires are covered for the life of the tread (down to 2/32), against any defect in workmanship or material. The first 25% of tread wear will be replaced free of charge, after that, they will pro-rated based on our current selling price. Call for specific details.
Return Policy: We offer a 30 day 100% money back guarantee on all of our products (not mounted, ran on road or put into service). If you are not satisfied, call us and we will refund or exchange your purchase (customer pays shipping on all returned merchandise). We will refund the purchase price of the product only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Liability: We are not responsible for typographical errors. Our
Customer Service Department strives to be the best in our business, but
for issues that cannot be resolved, the Better Business Bureau Care Program
will be utilized. All sales are made and governed under the laws of the
State of Ohio, any dispute that may arise must be initiated and remedied
in a court of law, in the State of Ohio.
